RETURN AND EXCHANGE

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days.

All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and without alteration.  You have up to 30 days from the time you receive your purchase to return or exchange an item.

Follow these steps to get started. 

  1. Fill out the form on this page to notify our team.
  2. Package and send back your item to our return address listed below. You're responsible for the return shipping costs.
  3. Once we receive your package and it meets our criteria, we'll process your request. If it does not meet our criteria, we'll contact you.
    • Exchanges: We will prepare your new item for shipment.  Once it's ready, we'll mail it to you and send an email with the tracking details. Good news - we'll cover the shipping costs for the new item. 
    • Returns We will initiate a refund and notify you via email. Your refund will be issued back to your original form of payment or send you a gift card, depending on your preference. Clearance items, prints, stickers and hand painted items are non-refundable.
