RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days.

All returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and without alteration.  You have up to 30 days from the time you receive your purchase to return or exchange an item.

Follow these steps to get started. 

  1. Fill out the form on this page to notify our team.
  2. Package and send back your item to our return address listed below. You're responsible for the return shipping costs.
  3. Once we receive your package and it meets our criteria, we'll process your request. If it does not meet our criteria, we'll contact you.
    • Exchanges: We will prepare your new item for shipment.  Once it's ready, we'll mail it to you and send an email with the tracking details. Good news - we'll cover the shipping costs for the new item. 
    • Returns:  We will initiate a refund and notify you via email. Your refund will be issued back to your original form of payment or send you a gift card, depending on your preference. Clearance items, prints, stickers and hand painted items are non-refundable.

SHIPPING POLICY

All of our products are all shipped within 3-5 business days of payment unless specially noted on product page.
Please allow 5-7 days for domestic deliveries and up to 21 days for international deliveries. also note that some countries may charge an additional customs tax on imports.

Domestic orders are shipped with usps Priority shipping; international orders are shipped with usps first Class international shipping. If an item is needed immediately, please contact us prior to purchase to determine if we can overnight or two-day ship to meet your deadline. all orders with migdalia include free tracking information. When your order ships you will receive a shipment notification email.

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept paypal; which includes visa, mastercard, discover, american express and payments made directly from your bank account. Bank drafts always take around 5 business days to clear before order prep begins (credit/debit card payments arrive in real time). If you have any payment concerns, please contact us regarding the payment process. We can take you through each step to complete your checkout. Shipping and handling and any required taxes will be added to the selling price.
